1. Disconnect from Simple Connect
If you are the owner or office manager for a Simple Connect customer account, sign in to your client portal, open the Facebook + Instagram connection, and choose Disconnect. This removes the encrypted Meta credential from Simple Connect and stops new Meta conversations from entering that front desk.
You can also remove Simple Connect from the business integrations or apps area of your Meta account. Meta will notify Simple Connect when that removal is available to us.
2. Ask us to delete associated data
Email info@simpleconnect2.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request,” or call (210) 899-0756. Tell us the business name and Facebook Page or Instagram username involved. Do not send a password, access token, recovery code, or other login secret.
We may ask for enough information to confirm that you are authorized to make the request. Once verified, we will delete the stored Meta credential and associated Facebook and Instagram conversation data unless a limited record must be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or deletion-confirmation purposes.
3. Requests started inside Meta
When Meta sends Simple Connect a valid signed data-deletion request, our system removes the matching Meta connection and associated social conversation data and returns a confirmation code with a status page. Keep that code for your records.
4. Timing and questions
Automated, valid Meta requests are processed when received. Requests that require identity or authority verification will be completed within the time required by applicable law. Questions may be sent to info@simpleconnect2.com, Simple Connect, San Antonio, Texas.
